Hotel Marquis Reforma Mexico City, Mexico City

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The room I booked was so nice and clean, but it was super loud and woke me at 1:30 am. The staff went far and beyond to assist us, though we wished our 7-year-old son could use the pool anytime. The location was great, very central and safe, but the dining experience was mediocre. Overall, a good value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are so cool, like a suite, making it one of the most comfortable 'homebases' I've experienced in my travels. The only downside was that my room faced the noisy street, and the thermostat was a bit old. It was, however, a perfect landing point to explore the rich, diverse, and delicious culture of Mexico City.

Dining options were varied, from authentic Mexican cuisine to American breakfast, but the luxury factor was missing. Facilities were basic but satisfactory.
