Reviews and Ratings
I had a nice stay at the hotel. The room I booked was so nice and clean, but it was super loud and woke me at 1:30 am. The staff went far and beyond to assist us, though we wished our 7-year-old son could use the pool anytime. The location was great, very central and safe, but the dining experience was mediocre. Overall, a good value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are so cool, like a suite, making it one of the most comfortable 'homebases' I've experienced in my travels. The only downside was that my room faced the noisy street, and the thermostat was a bit old. It was, however, a perfect landing point to explore the rich, diverse, and delicious culture of Mexico City.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade I received for the same price; two large, clean, and comfortable rooms separated by sliding doors. However, the space felt a bit cramped with two double beds. The service was a mix of unhelpfulness and friendliness, with one staff member going above and beyond to assist me with recommendations. The hotel's location near the statue of the angel and within walking distance of shops was ideal, though the surrounding area lacked attractions. Dining options were varied, from authentic Mexican cuisine to American breakfast, but the luxury factor was missing. Facilities were basic but satisfactory.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch, with an array of luxurious amenities like bottled water and the best variety of toiletries I've ever seen. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the spacious layout with two large rooms separated by sliding doors. However, the only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, barely leaving enough space to move around the beds.
During my week-long stay in a suite, I found the hotel to be a clean and comfortable 'homebase' for exploring the rich and diverse culture of Mexico City. The bar added a cool vibe to the nights. The service was genuinely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay enjoyable. The location is terrific, close to many landmarks and in a nice neighborhood. The dining experience offered a variety of options, although not well trained but kind staff. The hotel facilities were well-maintained.
Staying at this hotel was like finding a hidden gem! The rooms are large and nicely decorated, offering the most comfortable 'homebase' in our travels. However, the decor is starting to show its age and could use a refurbishment. It’s a perfect spot to set out on your exploration of Mexico City's rich culture.
Staying at this hotel felt like a warm and comfortable homebase in the heart of Mexico City, providing the perfect starting point to immerse myself in the rich and diverse culture. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, overlooking the bustling Reforma Avenue, with the staff consistently pleasant and helpful. Although the traditional Mexican food didn't quite suit my taste, the service was stellar, attentive, and elegant, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
